AMBER & CRANBERRY MINIATURE LAMPS. Both are SII-495. One lamp is cranberry shading to clear glass lamp having slight vertical ribbing with the other being pale amber with slight vertical ribbing. Both lamps have applied crystal leaf style feet. Each have Nutmeg burners. SIZE: 7-1/2” t and 8-1/2” t. CONDITION: Cranberry lamp is good with its fitter edge having a 1” long area of fish scale flaking and the tips of all feet have roughness. The pale amber lamp has several areas of roughness on the top edge of the shade. Three of the applied feet have roughness on the tips. There is also a small chip on one of the upturned leaves. VERY RARE RAINBOW CUT GLASS MINI LAMP. SII-547. Cut glass; strawberry pattern; yellow and pink coloring. Applied silver band with four ball feet around the base of the lamp. Hinks burner with signed “Hinks” chimney. SIZE: 9-1/2″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. There are two minor imperfections in the cut design on the base, also one teeny imperfection in the cut on the shade. TWO ARM CUT GLASS EPERGNE WITH BURMESE SHADES. Ruf Fig. 720. Fairy size acid finished Burmese dome shades sitting in crystal lamp cups signed “S. Clarke’s Patent Trade Mark Cricklite”. Lamps rest in a double arm cast brass holder marked “Clarke’s Trade Cricklite Mark” attached to a cut glass footed standard. There are no candle holders present with this lamp. THREE PERFUME LAMPS. 1) Clear glass faceted body is topped with an openwork brass cap which covers a solid brass cap. The lamp is marked on the underside with the remnants of an original paper label “Baccarat Made in France” and the side of the burner collar is stamped “LampeBerger Made in France”. 2) Four sided clear glass lamp with intaglio carved flowers and leaves on three sides. The decorated brass cap unscrews to access the burner. 3) White porcelain body is decorated with deer, trees and birds with a beige colored foot. The burner has openwork brass cap over solid brass cap. Signed on the underside “Berger Paris”. SIZE: Tallest 6-3/4″. VICTORIAN CAMEO GLASS KEROSENE LAMP. Very nice Victorian kerosene lamp has base with white cameo winged griffins and flowers against a bright yellow background. The base rests atop a fancy cast white metal foot and houses a brass oil font and burner. Lamp is completed with a replacement white milk glass ball shade. PAIR OF CUT OVERLAY LAMPS. Nice pair of cut overlay oil lamps have stems and fonts of white cut to cranberry. The fonts are cut with a stylized floral design, while the stems are cut with intersecting ovals and circles. The lamps have been electrified with a screw-in electric burner and have not been drilled. Lamps are topped with frosted cut to clear chimneys with grape design. SIZE: Overall 21-3/4″ t. ROYAL FLEMISH COVERED JAR. Extremely fine example of Royal Flemish has gold gilt decoration of cherubs fighting dragons on front and back. The neck of the jar is decorated with a swirling leaf design outlined in gold with a lovely mauve background and the wide outer lip is decorated with stylized spread eagles in gold against a dark mauve background. The jar is further embellished with two delicate applied glass handles with gold gilt decoration. Topping the jar is its original glass stopper with gold vertically ribbed finial and gold dragons heads and swirling leaves against a dark mauve background. SIZE: 15-1/2″ t. Nice Victorian tumble-up shades from medium fuschia to nice amber at the base. The body of the decanter and the tumbler is decorated with an inverted thumbprint pattern. CROWN MILANO HANDLED VASE. Exceptional Crown Milano vase has lovely hand painted thistle decoration against a soft yellow background. TWELVE LOBMEYR BOWLS & UNDERPLATES. Each set begins with a four sided bowl that is obverse enameled in a beautiful Art Nouveau foliage pattern in green with brown stems and amethyst highlights. Further complimenting the exterior are gold highlights and a root pattern that encircles each pedestal. All of this is set on an amethyst ground. The underplates match the bowls perfectly and it is obvious that this set of twelve started life together. Each piece is signed on the underside with the Lobmeyr mark. SATIN GLASS BOWL. Lovely Victorian satin glass bowl has a vertical ribbon pattern extending from the polished pontil to the lip. THREE ITALIAN ENAMELED COMPACTS. Wonderful lot of Italian compacts. 1) Large compact with beautifully enameled scene of a courting couple being watched by their dog and a sheep. The remainder of the box is beautifully engraved with swirling leaves and flowers on sides and bottom. The exterior of the box is finished with a silver handle which locks the top in place. The interior of the box has matching fine engraving and is compartmentalized with three box compartments of different sizes and an attached lipstick case. 2) Wonderful enameled compact with courting couple surrounded by engraved silver design in rich dark blue enameling. The lid is held in place with a locking handle surrounding a malachite cabochon while the underside of the compact is entirely engraved with swirling flowers. 3) Wonderful enameled scene of an elderly couple; she reading a paper and he dipping a biscotti in cup of coffee. FIVE ENAMELED COMPACTS. Two of the compacts are guilloche enamel with octagonal shapes and hand painted flowers against an engine turned background. One silver colored compact has raised central cartouche with hand painted pansy against a white engine turned enamel background and black enamel at the border. A fan shaped compact has engraved flowers and is accented with panels enameled in different colors green, light blue, ivory and navy. BUFFALO POTTERY PITCHER. Nice Buffalo Pottery pitcher is decorated with a hunter holding a bow and blowing a horn. He is adorned with a sword at his side and quiver and arrows on his back. Reverse side shows a hunter with a downed elk, shooting arrows at Indians. The foot is decorated with elk, a horn and quiver and a bow and sword while a matching decorated band adorns the lip. METTLACH PUNCHBOWL. Extremely nice Mettlach punchbowl set consists of tray, punchbowl and lid. Each piece olive green body with a band of rich navy blue and raised cream colored decoration of grapes, vines and leaves. The punchbowl is further decorated on front and back with a scene of two women and four cherub-type figures. One side depicts the women speaking while the cherubs listen on, the other side depicts the women and cherubs harvesting grapes. ROSEVILLE PEACOCK UMBRELLA STAND. Very rare Roseville umbrella stand has rich blue background glaze with orange-brown trees and a large stylized peacock resting atop one tree. The peacock with blue body and cream colored wings has beautifully decorated tail feathers extending down the side of the umbrella stand. QUEZAL JACK IN THE PULPIT. Wonderful Quezal Jack in the Pulpit has pulled feather design extending from the foot up the stem and out onto the back of the Jack. The design is green iridescence against a rich gold iridescent background. The pulled feather design has strong overtones of pink, green and blue. The face of the Jack is a very bright gold iridescent with strong pink and platinum highlights. Vase is signed on the underside in the polished pontil “Quezal”. QUEZAL DECORATED VASE. Exceptional large Quezal vase has bulbous body leading to long slender neck and flaring rim. The body of the vase is decorated with a gold hooked feather design against a cream colored background. The cream colored background gives way to the gold iridescent neck which is finished with a hooked feather design at the shoulder. PAIR OF STEUBEN MOSS AGATE TORCHIERES. Very rare pair of Steuben torchieres have acid finished Moss Agate shades resting in a brass floor stand with lion paw feet, cast dolphin supports and twisted riser. The shades have a rich Moss Agate design in shades of green, red, brown and amber. The exterior of each shade is acid etched to give a lovely frosted finish. STEUBEN CAST GLASS GRILL. A very interesting and exciting find, this Steuben grill was made as a ventilation grate for a cruise liner by Steuben. The grill design is pictured on page 92 of the book Frederic Carder & Steuben Glass by Dimitroff and the information on this page indicates that these items were made for use on the S.S. Morro Castle and the S.S. Oriente. We have obtained information that states that the S.S. Morro Castle burned and was destroyed and that the S.S. Oriente was decommissioned and items were salvaged from the ship leading us to believe that this grill came from the S.S. Oriente. The glass is beautiful cast Bristol yellow and features a fleur de lis design in each corner with a spoked wheel in the center. SIZE: 9-7/8″ sq. SIX STEUBEN STRAWBERRY MANSION STEMS. The set consists of two each of three different size wine glasses. Each glass has a square foot and tapered square stem with slightly flaring bowl engraved with spread eagle and sprays of flowers. TWO STEUBEN CINTRA DECORATED COMPOTES. 1) Lovely clear crystal compote has hollow blown stem, saucer foot and shallow bowl. The foot, stem and bowl are connected with pink cintra wafers and the edge of the foot and bowl are finished with matching pink bands. 2) Very nice clear crystal compote has saucer foot, hollow blown stem and bowl with large flat flaring rim. The compote is decorated with applied amethyst cintra glass seashells at the top of the stem and a matching band of amethyst glass trims the edge of the foot, center of stem and edge of bowl. DURAND COCKTAIL SHAKER. Wonderful Durand cut overlay cocktail shaker has green cut to clear Art Deco design on a large cocktail shaker with nickel plated top. The shaker comes with a note on Farber’s Antiques paper stating that the green cocktail shaker was the personal property of Victor Durand. The note is signed by Samuel Farber. Our consignor states he purchased the shaker from Mr. Farber who was a personal friend of Victor Durand’s and received this cocktail shaker from the Durand Estate after Mr. Durand’s untimely death in an automobile accident. TWO KIMBALL DURAND VASES. 1) Very nice Kimball Durand vase has mottled blue-green exterior with controlled bubble inclusions and a mottled white interior. Vase is finished with two applied handled and is marked on the underside “20142-7 DEC-25”. 2) Kimball Durand Cintra-type vase has wispy green internal decoration against a mottled white and clear background. THREE IMPERIAL ART GLASS VASES. 1) Imperial amberina vase shades from red to amber to red and is covered with a blue iridescent threading. 2) Rainbow iridescent corset shaped vase with iridescent bands of gold, purple, blue and purple. 3) Imperial free blown vase with orange body and green pulled loop design. Vase is completed with a very lustrous finish. SIZE: Tallest is 10″.
